Last Day

The girls headed off to daycare today, loaded down with tiny cupcakes and thank you notes for their teachers.  This is their last day at daycare -  their school is closed for a workday tomorrow and as of Monday, Abbie will be home with me (all the time, so if you never hear from me again, it's because she won't let me put her down!) and Gracie will be starting her part-time preschool at a local church.   I think I wrote enough yesterday, so today, I'll just let the pictures do the talking:

Gracie's First Day of Daycare - February 28, 2005

Mae Mae's First Day of Daycare - January 6, 2007

Last Day of Daycare for both girls (at least for a while) - August 16, 2007

Just a note here: Sister, Craig and the girls got Mae Mae her dress in March and Greatgran and Harry got Gracie her dress in June - don't they match almost perfectly!  What spoiled little matching girls I have

Have a great day!

I absolutely love your blog!!! Thank you for keeping us posted on all the SS "grandkids." I of course would love the link to see more of Ruby's first day of Kindergarten. Mom logs on to keep posted as well. She and dad live vicariously through your "grandkids" blog!
You take terrific photos. The Plexiglas photos were fabulous. I have told the scrapbook lovers and computer gurus at work about your electronic scrapbook skills too. Again, thank you for sharing! Carryl
