Just A Few Layouts

My throat hurts so I don't feel like talking and since I talk (out loud) to myself when I'm typing my blogs, I can't do much of a blog post today....yeah, I know, that sounds crazy, but if the shoe fits....

So, in lieu of reading my mindless prattle, I'll just show you a few of my recent layouts (sister, you're out of luck since you've seen all of these ):

My latest obsession - making cute little cupcakes

(Credits: The background paper is by Amanda Heimann, the bamboo paper from Exotic Adventure Collab by Nancy Comelab the leaves sprinkled around are from Lace Cardstock - Nature by Madame Mim, the obsession alpha is from Worn Out Neutral by Nikki Beaudreau.)

Gracie at the St. Jude Bikeathon at her school

(Credits:The photo cluster is by Nancy Comelab. The little bike is by Kate Hadfield. Everything else is from Barefoot in the Grass by Gina Miller and Scrapkitchen designs.)

The girls in their orange outfits - these may be my favorite things I've ever embroidered/sewed...

CreditsTraci Reed's Icy Cool kit. The alpha is by Weeds and Wildflowers.)

Ruby, Emmie, Gracie and Abigail drowning me with water - I thought I'd stay dry if I was the one holding the hose - Silly Me!

Credits: (The background paper is by Backs:Brown Paper by Amanda Heimann; the frames and large alpha are from Hokey Pokey by Kaye Winiecki; the bubble alpha is by Scarlet Heels Media.)

The Girls eating snowcones at the shop up the street
Credits:  (The kit is Play Date by Christy Skaggs at GDS. The mat templates are by Melissa Bennet and the string to tie the letters to the frame are by Shabby Princess. The font is Wacky Action BTN)

And these next few probably need a little explanation.  I'm doing this challenge at GoDigitalScrapbooking.  It's called Project 365 where you take a picture every day for the year - the end result is you have a photo journal of the entire year and your photography skills should improve by the end of the year.  I've kept up through the last five months (at least on the picture taking part - I still have a few weeks to scrap to catch up).  So, that's what these layouts are - several of the weeks.  I'm working on getting the individual pictures for the year loaded in a web album and when I do that, I'll share it with you (but, ummmm, don't hold your breath - it's pretty low on my list).

You mean I broke my concentration on my report for that!? Why in the world would I want to look at those beautiful pictures again? Ummm, maybe because they are still awesome the second time around (and the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th!)
