Yes, I know it’s Sunday .  Let’s just say I’ve been struggling to find anything funny about this week.  It’s been a long one, but this weekend has been relaxing & I’m starting to think I can handle next week…which I guess is a good thing, ‘cause it’s coming whether I’m ready for it or not

Anyway….

Abigail turned four on Monday.  She is very pleased with herself. And, let’s just say that she has an elevated perception of her age.

She walked into the kitchen on Tuesday and said, “Well, Mommy, now that I’m four, " holding up four fingers for emphasis, “WHEN will I be getting my driver’s license?”

Well, sweetheart, sometime after you learn how to write your name and sometime after you realize that laughing while you crash into things with your Barbie car is not an effective way to drive.  I’m guessing sometime in the year 2050….
